Shy Alter

I’m the CEO and a senior consultant with ii3 Inc., a consultancy specializing in knowledge and law firm managment.

My interpretation of KM (Knowledge Management) is quite inclusive. For me, and consequently for my firm, it includes culture, processes, and automation that encourages the organizational and personal distribution of knowledge inside the firm, as well as it’s dissemination to the firm’s potential and current clients.

For those who wonder about my name (it is a great discussion opener): I was born in Israel, and in Hebrew ‘Shy’ or ‘Shai’ simply means a ‘Gift’.
